1-9 Grosvenor Terrace, Glasgow, G12 0TA
If travelling by public transport from the city centre (e.g. Glasgow Central or Glasgow Queen St Station), we suggest using the Subway. The nearest subway station to the Hilton is HILLHEAD. When exiting Hillhead station, turn right and walk 400m to the end of the road. The Hilton is on the left-hand side, with the entrance for BronyScot at the north (upper) entrance.
The No.6 bus by "First" also travels through the city centre and stops directly outside the Hilton. For more information see the First Group Website
Please be aware that the bus drivers do not give change.
The nearest train station to the Hilton is PARTICK (1.9km/1.2 miles). Partick also has a subway station for a quicker journey to the Hilton.
Both Glasgow Airport (GLA) and Edinburgh Airport (EDI) have direct shuttle buses to Glasgow city centre. Be aware that Glasgow Prestwick Airport (PIK) is considerably further away than GLA. From the city centre you can reach the Hilton using subway or bus as described above.
A taxi from Glasgow Airport to the Hilton should take about 20 minutes and cost about 25 Pound; a taxi from the city centre should cost less than 10 Pound. You can save some money by booking a private hire cab such as Network Private Hire.
Classic Grand, 18 Jamaica St, Glasgow G1 4QD
The Classic Grand is directly next to Glasgow Central station.
Please note that on Sundays, the Subway stops operating at 18:00, and the buses stop shortly after midnight, so if your accommodation is outside the city centre you may wish to get a taxi.
There are several multi-storey car parks in the city centre, including one just across from the Classic Grand, named Glasgow Q-Park Jamaica Street
